There are several different community-based organizations and clinics across Louisiana which receive federal Ryan White funding to provide case management and other support services free of charge to eligible applicants.  Case managers can help clients access medical care and other services such as counseling, dental care, housing, and transportation.   Eligibility for case management is based on income.  Select your closest city/region below to find the case management agencies closest to you.
