Open Enrollment 2025

Medicare Open Enrollment begins October 15th and ends December 7th. During this time you can enroll into a Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage) or a Medicare Part D plan or switch to a different Medicare Part C or D plan. Health Insurance Marketplace Open Enrollment begins November 1st and ends January 15th. To find out if you qualify for a marketplace plan please visit www.healthcare.gov. You can also visit https://lahap.org/enroll/ for additional information about signing up for a Marketplace plan and how to notify LA HAP about your new coverage.

Have you signed up for a new Medicare or Marketplace insurance plan, or gotten a new plan through your employer?  Fill out the Insurance Add/Change Form and fax to LA HAP at 504-568-3157 or mail to: LA HAP, 1450 Poydras St Suite 2136, New Orleans, LA 70112. You can also update your insurance information on the LA HAP online portal at www.lahapenroll.com
